At MSECH, we strive to assist organizations to meet several challenges brought about by the various legislative requirements, specifically the Occupational Health & Safety Act no. 85 of 1993, Mine Health and Safety Act of 1996 and  COVID-19 Regulation and all related occupational workplaces regulations.


The organization specializes in occupational health and safety, sports medicals, medical surveillance program, primary health care, wellness programs,COVID-19 compliance, vaccinations, quality and environment, auditing and inspections, advocacy and development.


MSECH offers a range of occupational health, primary health, health and wellness, occupational health and safety and training compliance solutions with strong emphasis on preventive, promotive and curative health strategy, that seeks to reduce exposure to   occupational health hazards and to benefit both employers and employees in complying with labour legislation.


Established in 2018, MSECH is a fast-growing provider of occupational health care, primary health care, health and wellness and occupational health and safety services.


We are a BBBEE Level 1 contributor with Black Women as shareholders in the organisation and with 100% local based employment where we operate.


With a current count of 15 employees (8 Full Time and 7 Locums), we pride ourselves on delivering our promise to our clients by always providing competitive pricing, guaranteed quality and providing the shortest possible lead times



Mobile Clinic

We have a mobile clinic that is equipped with audio booths, Spirometry (Lung Function Test), Audiometry(Hearing Test) , Vision Screening (Keystone).


We are able to conduct your employees medical surveillance onsite at your premises this is to make it easy for you by not halting production and saving you time and money.


We require a minimum of 20 employees and more to go onsite to conduct the Medicals.

    • Construction Medicals with Annexure 3 as per construction regulations.
    • Driver and PrDP Medicals
    • Food Handlers Medicals
    • Injury on Duty (IOD), COIDA Administration, Chest X Rays.


Basic Medicals that include physical assessment (Snellen Chart Eyes Screening, Weight, Height, BMI, BP, Blood Glucose, Urinalysis, ENT, Multidrug Test)


Full Medicals that include physical assessment (Hearing Test-Audiometry, Lung Function Test-Spirometry, Eye Test-Keystone Vision Screener, Snellen Chart Eyes Screening, Weight, Height, BMI, BP, Blood Glucose, Urinalysis, ENT, Multidrug Test

Baseline Medicals: To get a benchmark for future medicals.

Pre-Employment: Prior to initiating work or work that might be a Potential Hazard. Routine Medicals: At Regular Intervals.

Exit-Medicals: At the Time of Termination of Employment.

All Medicals Will be done by Qualified Occupational Health Practitioner.
